Reduce heat to low, and reduce milk to 2 cups. Discard chamomile flowers.<br />Mist a 9”x5” loaf pan with cooking spray.<br />In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth.<br />Stir in bread, bananas and white chocolate chips, and let rest 10 minutes for bread to soak.<br />Pour into loaf pan.<br />Place loaf pan inside deep roasting pan.<br />Fill roasting pan with water to reach halfway up the sides of the loaf pan.<br />Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.Chris McCarthyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12313028672662149950noreply@blogger.com
